BP easily has enough cash, and even if they don't, all the executives are billionaires. If their company goes bankrupt (which it should, in due time), those responsible should still be held financially responsible.
I agree-ish, but that sets a dangerous legal precedent that has ramifications to even the small businessman. These things must be weighed in court.
